LA BIÈRE DE MARS
First beer of the year, finds its origin in the cycle of the seasons to which its manufacture was linked until the appearance of the refrigeration at the end of the last century. At the end of December, the barley harvested in July was brewed. After the fermentation, the young beer was refined all winter, in the cool of the natural cellars of guard, until the first days of March. Matured in optimal conditions, this first beer of the year was also considered the best. March Beer of 3 Brewers is still an exceptional beer today. Made in limited quantities and specially brewed from a selection of pale malts and "Munich" type, its color is amber, almost coppery, and its powerful aroma.
